  Schedule for a consultation, only to arrive at the office and wait 10 minutes and be told they mixed up my appt and I wouldn’t be seen. After insisting that I be seen since their office made the mix up I was told they would squeeze me in but I’d have to wait more than 30 minutes. The staff needs to do better with their scheduling and taking care of patient needs.
