As a beginner, I was a little apprehensive. Fortune, the instructor/owner, had me do the beginner workout. This serves as a baseline of performance. She guided me when I needed guidance, she pushed me when I needed pushing, and she was very supportive throughout. I highly recommend this location.

My wife and I have been training at Crosssfit Port Saint Lucie for the past week while in Florida on vacation for the holidays. Edson (owner/trainer) has been amazing. He has challenged and pushed my wife, who has been a Crossfitter for the past several years. For a guy like me, who hasn't worked out in a decade, he has been equally focused on gently challenging me and teaching me to enjoy working out again. Most importantly, he has spent a tremendous amount of time teaching me proper technique so I don't hurt myself. All of the participants in our class have been extremely friendly. My wife and I both highly recommend Crossfit Port Saint Lucie!
